solutions for the enterprise environment. Generally these are niche software applications recognized
as industry leaders in their own specific areas offering significant competitive advantages. Our
offerings are known for their strategic importance and their return on investment.

ML Consulting application offerings are available to clients on a direct basis or via our key distribution
channel partners.



Training

ML Consulting provides on- and off-site technical courses for its ‘best-of-breed’ software applications
for its clients as well as for its distribution channels. Courses may be held within the Middle East and
Africa (MEA) or outside the region depending on the requirements.

We consider training as a continuous process. Our program includes training courses on the initial
product, technical installation, operation as well as subsequent product releases and enhancement
updates.

Our training program ensures that our clients and distribution channels possess the necessary skills
to get the best out of our solutions and to maximize the benefits to the business. For most clients and
solutions it is recommended that one or more team members attend(s) a formal technical training.
Training courses are always carried out by (a) fully qualified instructor/s who is/are either provided by
the application vendor or certified by the vendor to carry out such training. Additionally, web-based
training courses and demonstrations are available for some products.

Excellent training is one of our top priorities and a key to the success of ML Consulting and its
distribution channel partners.



Support

One of our core values is to provide our clients and distribution channel partners with the best support
possible. Our employees are available to assist them in person, on the phone or by e-mail regarding
both pre- and post-sales issues. Generally post-sales support is provided according to a service
contract concluded between ML Consulting and its clients.

Our support structure for support contracts concluded by our distribution channel partners is as
follows:

  • 1st level support provided by the distribution channel partner

  • 2nd level support provided by ML Consulting

  • 3rd level support provided by the application vendor.  

In addition to pre-sales and sales support, we can also provide our clients and distribution channel
partners with implementation support. Depending on the project, this can be provided free of charge or
for a competitive daily fee.

Support and Maintenance include the following service support and benefits:

  • Web Desk Service Support

  • Bug Fixes, Patches, Updates and Upgrades

  • New Major Releases.
