ML Consulting extends its portfolio
MANAMA, BAHRAIN.
As a result of the merger of AppWorx Corporation and UC4 Software GmbH announced end of March
2007, ML Consulting is proud to extend its portfolio adding AppWorx’s products and solutions. UC4
provides enterprise job scheduling and data center automation through efficient management,
monitoring and control of high volume workloads, AppWorx provides event-driven business application
automation and batch integration technology that drives new levels of business process optimization.
Together both companies will form the first truly global and independent provider of IT process
automation and optimization solutions. “The portfolios of these two organizations (AppWorx and UC4)
perfectly complement each other, our existing and future customers will highly benefit from this
merger.” said Karim Saba, Managing Director of ML Consulting.

ML Consulting participates in IT Service Management Forum (itSMF)
DUBAI, UAE.
ML Consulting participated in the itSMF Members Event held in Dubai on May 14, 2007. The conference
themed "Taking ITIL/ITSM from Theory to Reality" dealt with the questions how companies should
implement ITSM and which factors need to be taken into consideration to ensure measurable
success. The event's agenda also included a panel discussion (see picture) which gave all
participants the opportunity to exchange their experiences and learn more about best practices and
standards evolution.
The IT Service Management Forum is the only internationally recognized and independent organization
dedicated to IT Service Management. It is a non-profit organisation which is wholly owned and
principally operated by its membership. The itSMF is a major influence on and contributor to industry's
“best practice” and standards worldwide, working in partnership with a wide range of governmental
and standards bodies worldwide.

ML Consulting invited to attend 3rd Financial Technology Summit & Exhibition Middle East
DUBAI, UAE
ML Consulting has been invited once more to participate in the Financial Technology Summit &
Exhibition for the Middle East region. This year's successful event under the patronage of H.E. Dr.
Mohamed Khalfan bin Khirbash, State Minister of Finance & Industry of the UAE, took place in Dubai
from April 23 -25. It attracted a large number of IT decision-makers of the banking & financial
sector in the Middle East and provided a great platform for ML Consulting to present its first-class
products and services to a highly interested audience. Besides informative speeches and interactive
panel discussions, the participants could visit the exhibitors' booths for an in depth explanation and
examination.
